I'm Back! Annoucements and More!

Hello all! As you may have noticed, I was suspended for the last month. I’ll be honest with the reasons behind my suspension. As you may know, I participated in many Tf-based Roleplays, and while I enjoyed them, I did make a major mistake. In some of my RPs, if the other person requested it, I would include some explicit material. While it was never my main goal of the RP, and to be honest I never really enjoyed it that much, I included it in some of them. However, I never knew that including explicit content in a RP is against the rules on DeviantArt. I was honestly clueless about the rule, so the suspension came as a huge shock to me. I hope my suspension serves as a warning to anyone not aware of the rule. I apologize to everyone confused about my sudden suspension, and I hope you can all understand that it was simply a mistake on my end. I hope it doesn’t hurt anyone’s opinions of me, but I felt it would be better to be honest about the cause of the suspension rather than keeping it hidden. Needless to say, I will never be participating in any explicit RPs in the future.

With that said, the suspension wasn’t really all that bad. My life had gotten exceptionally busy at the time, with many projects and such all lining up. I wouldn’t have had too much time to work on this kind of stuff anyway, so it’s all good now. Also, since I couldn’t post anything on my account, I didn’t work on any of my previous projects, including “Ask Us Anything” questions for “Tales of Exile”. I didn’t feel right continuing those stories and just posting them all at once, especially since I was also simply very busy at the time. That said, I didn’t abandon all of my TF Work during my little break…

Announcement 1: Transformation-Arena

Here’s my first big announcement…Transformation-Arena! Transformation Arena is a Web-Based Multiplayer RPG game I designed to practice my skills with Ruby-On-Rails and Web-Development. Basically, players each choose a character and fight using a simple but surprisingly deep turn-based combat system. As a character loses HP, they slowly transform. The game features single-player and multiplayer games, and while there will be characters available to start, players can easily create their own characters for themselves and others to play. The game allows for pretty much any kind of transformation you can think of, although all writing and art is supplied by the creator of the character. The game is nearly complete, it’s in the testing stages and should be released soon. Once it’s released I’ll make a deviation with a link to it, but feel free to ask me any questions you might have about it.

Announcement 2: Island of Lust Interactive Game!

I mentioned this a long time ago, but to celebrate my 150k pageviews, I was considering making some form of interactive story. While I could simply use posts on DA with links, I decided that wouldn’t be cool enough. So, since I didn’t want to work on any of my previous projects, I started a new one! So, I’d like to introduce “Strasta: the Island the Lust”! This is an interactive fiction / Choose Your Own Adventure style game featuring the Island of Lust setting that I’ve been developing. While I still plan on expanding the setting more with some fun and thematic lore articles once “Tales of Exile” is complete, I thought it might be fun to create an interactive game. I thought the Island of Lust offered the best opportunities for both variety of transformation as well as getting in the “Choose Your Own Adventure” spirit. The game is built using the free Twine engine, and games are available as downloadable HTML files. The game will be posted once the first route, “Ragnar the Warrior”, is complete. The game features Kisekae art, adult themes, and more. The game is going to be fairly long and complex, so I’ll also be writing more stories on here in the meantime. I hope you all look forward to it!

…And the Bad News

Unfortunately, I do have some bad news. While I finally got my account back, I won’t be able to do much for the next few weeks or so. I’m going on Vacation with my family in Hawaii after Christmas, and naturally I won’t be able to write much during my vacation. I apologize for the inconvenience. However I can probably still respond to comments and notes, although perhaps not super-quickly. Sorry. Hopefully I’ll be able to release Transformation-Arena before the vacation, but I won’t make any promises.
